Immediately, Stevens & Tate needed to present a consistent image for CINCH to real estate agents and brokers as well as home buyers and sellers. The agency did so by strictly adhering to new graphic standards, producing numerous collateral elements such as brochures, sell sheets, reference materials, and fact sheets. Adding to the complexity of the assignment, pieces were versioned with specific information as required by each state.
