Thriving Community Campus Grows Through Integrated Marketing
Together, Wyndemere Retirement Community, Westbridge Assisted Living, and Wynscape Nursing and Rehabilitation made up a beautiful, park-like campus. However, each facility was operated independently with its own marketing budget. Additionally, a multitude of CCRC communities were beginning to open in the area.
To become more effective and recognizable in the marketplace, advertising efforts were combined under one new umbrella—Wyndemere Senior Living Campus. This ‘campus’ distinction allowed more freedom to boast Wyndemere’s CCRC accreditation and multitude of outdoor recreation opportunities.
Independent research showed that one the most important parts of residents’ lives was being active and spending time with their grandchildren. This led to a new integrated campaign centering around the park-like atmosphere, as well as replacing the term ‘retirement’ with ‘senior’ to make the lifestyle more attractive for all older adults. This united branding effort and family-oriented strategy effectively helped increase sales and occupancy for the entire group.
