In the wake of the renovations, the Abbey was in need of overhauling its entire brand with an image and message to match. We capitalized on its strongest point of differentiation as the only true resort on the shores of Lake Geneva with an empowering new tagline and a fully integrated campaign centered around the many aspects of a fun-filled day at the lake.
Language, attitude, and visual appeal were key to portraying a fresh vibe and personality, sparking new interest, and gaining new business in leisure and group markets. Print, online, direct mail, emails, newsletters, TV, radio, a new website, and a full search program combined to successfully revive the life and popularity of the lakeside resort.
