One of four unique “neighborhoods” on a beautiful 22-acre woodland campus, Parkside offers seniors an upscale independent living option that includes the high quality services, deluxe amenities and gourmet dining options of the Rydal Park community. Generating interest in these luxurious new residences with the affluent Abbington audience meant portraying energy, excitement and a vibrant lifestyle. A series of locally targeted direct mail pieces, print ads, newspaper inserts, and radio spots were designed to build name recognition and drive attendance to special on-site events where prospective residents could explore Parkside firsthand. Response was exceptionally high, with most events above capacity and occupancy exceeding first goals.
