Challenge
As the COVID-19 pandemic continued to spread in early 2021, the grocery store chain Strack and Van Til found its sales of ready-made food products declining sharply in the chain’s locations across Indiana. An aggressive new strategy was needed to strengthen the brand’s presence in the face of declining revenues.
